Massive random later shift after first layer

I just finished the physical build on my VC4 400 and after running through the calibrations I kicked off a simple test print. Every time it prints the first layer well then just randomly shifts a couple inches and attempts to print the second layer in a seemingly random location. The attached pictures are 2 attempts about 15 minutes apart.

My printer is far from being fully dialed in but I'm not sure what would cause this.

I'm running orca slicer and used one of the built in profiles.
