How to flash the code? Arduino IDE > ESP32 Cam

Can someone guide me on how to flash my code to esp32 cam. It doesn't have interface for me to upload my code. Im still learning about the arduino My hardware components are: ESP32 Dev Board - Node MCU ESP32 Shield Board ESP32 Cam
