Matchmaking Issue – Receiving Bot Lobbies & Wrong Region Players
Hello PUBG Support Team,
I am from Australia and for the last 10 days I have been facing serious matchmaking issues. Despite my high rank (Ace Dominator, 31 stars, under 4000 ranking), I keep getting placed into bot lobbies, which is very frustrating for me and my teammates.
I also notice that I am being matched with players from Turkmenistan, even though I play on the Asia server. This feels out of region and unusual.
What makes it worse is that when I play with other teammates, they get proper competitive lobbies, but when my personal teammates play with me, we always get bot lobbies. This inconsistency is ruining the competitive experience and I don’t know what is happening with the server.
