Almost gaps in print

I am noticing some almost gaps & bad corners on my prints. It is hard to see in black PLA. Could this be a pressure advance setting? If so do I increase or reduce it? Or a square corner velocity? Currently I am using pretty much RatRig default PLA sliver settings on my AWD VC3.1 PLA @210C. 200mm/s, 5k Accel Pa 0.03 SCV 5mm/s Min cruise 25% Any suggestions?

In general this is a flow issue. It looks like your hotend can't keep up the flow. Try increasing the temperature or lowering the flow. You might need to lower your PA too, but that would be the second thing i would do after trying lower volumetric flow/adjusting temperature

Almost seems a flaw of the object or slicing. On that outer edge it should be trying to complete the circle, not doubling back to make the hole. I don't know what constraints you're under but maybe tweak some slicer settings or make the overall diameter bigger?
