Pathing changed?
On the web UI it shows this, and none of the videos will play in the web UI, but they do play on the android app. After some investigation it seems like the paths have changed, as seen in these two errors and
but my immich setup does not have an upload folder with encoded-video, it has uploads, thumbs, profile, encoded_videos, and postgres_data. Is there any way to fix this without creating a whole new immich instance and moving things over? Why did this change at all?

Successfully submitted, a tag has been added to inform contributors. :white_check_mark:Some more details. I'm on TrueNAS Scale, and followed the guide for it, though it seems to have changed since then. My android app is up to date as is immich.
I uploaded a simple image to check, and uploaded media still goes to immich/uploads, however in the explorer on immich the path of the image and of my other media is different.
Looking at v1.137.0 #20481, it notes the change, but it also says it's not breaking, whereas you can see, it is the contrary for me.
Probably you will get better answer from #truenas

We don't manage the truenass app so you also need to pay attention to their notes
It's definitely an immich issue though, it's not accessing the old path properly. When uploading a new video it goes to data/upload, but that's the same mount point as upload/upload. Permissions are the exact same, the only difference is a change in immich internally.

You are a miracle worker, that instantly fixed it. Thank you so much. This should definitely be somewhere easier to find for others.
It's easy to find if you search for "truenas" 😛
There are a lot of TrueNAS tickets, I must have just missed it barely.
Thanks a ton anyway.
