I tried to create a workflow and ended up with a 500 internal server error.
I have self hosted novu using docker. I am able to login and signup but on dashboard page when I tried to create a workflow and ended up with a 500 internal server error.
I have attached the error with all the endpoints of that time.

Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to check the issue from our end in case of self hosting as we don't store any data.

I also want to know why productlane endpoint is being called
we use productlane to show latest feature update card
I see, then productlane is not the reason why dashboard is failing.
