NO_COLOR=true and immich_machine_learning

I do collect all my logs from my docker containers in some log aggregation solution, and the NO_COLOR=true environment variable appears to not be respected by the immich_machine_learning container, causing logs like this:

[08/27/25 19:11:01] INFO     Loading recognition model 'buffalo_l' to memory


Is there a way to make immich_machine_learning behave?
