Need Help Recovering Deleted Workflow Templates
Hi team 👋,
I ran into an issue with my workflows and need some help.
i have two channel in my Novu dashboard, development and production.
In my Development channel, I mistakenly deleted the mail template code from all workflows and then promoted the changes to Production. Now both channels have lost the templates.
Questions:
1. Is there any way to recover the deleted workflow templates?
2. Does Novu keep backups or snapshots that support can restore from?
3. If not, is there at least a way to view the previous template code (e.g., via audit logs or internal logs)?
Would really appreciate any guidance on how to get my templates back 🙏
