No, I meant how can you tell the level up messages aren't being sent? Have you configured this a long time ago?
nope just now and previously ppl have reached a level i have set and it didn t send anything

Spent two days on this now. Ran the config troubleshoot and fixed any issues that were there. The troubleshoot showed everything was set up correctly. The test message sent OK but to the wrong channel even though the selected channel was definitely set in the config and the dashboard the same. I eventually kicked the bot and re-invited and started again this morning but I can immediately see it's the same story.
there was no problem on this case, likely just a misunderstanding or mistiming on the config
but you can try
/config troubleshoot and see what it saysAll I need is for the bot to allocate a role and send a level up message to gen chat when a user reaches a specific level. It allocates the role OK, the rank card is fantastic, everything EXCEPT the message (which is what I specifically want) š
I've only set the basics this morning to see if the thing will do the basic requirement of send a message. Not gonna spend hours setting up all the other things only for the one thing I need not to work again.
how did you test this? it would take 100 days for you to level up to level 2
with those settings
Added xp manually to a user so they reached the required level to trigger the message.
adding xp manually doesnt trigger level up messages
only leveling up naturally
