I have trouble understanding how to setup this specific scenario:
Users should start with 0 credits. For 10 credits they can buy "server refresh". They can't buy if they don't have enough credits. They can top-up (prepaid) credits though. No subscriptions, no plans that keep track of usage and send invoice at the end of the month. Just pure user balance they can use or add to.
