Billing
Hello,
I just paid for Supabase pro and now it is indicated that I need to pay 10 dollars more to launch a micro project.
Why is that the case ? I aldready paid and I cannot change the project to nano.
Moreover, will it be the case dor each new project ?

How many projects do you have in that organisation?
7
But all created with the free plan
And if I want to add projects, I need to pay an extra 10$ while I have aldready paid a 25 dollars monthly subscription
Pricing is per organisation, so if you have 7 projects in the organisation that you just paid for you will have to pay for the other 6 projects at $10 per project
Please take a look at how billing works documentation https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/billing-on-supabase#organization-based-billing
Ok but I had them on the free version
I don't understand why I pay so much in a premium subscription
Is there any possibility for me to get a refund because I just suscribed 2 hours ago ?
You will need to contact Supabase support about that. https://supabase.com/dashboard/support/new
Ok and last thing, since I paid the pro version, I cannot connect Bolt.new to Supabase ? Is that considered to be normal ?
I am really disappointed. I paid and I got a worse service...
That shouldn't stop bolt from working. You would probably need to find out what error you are getting first to be able to get anymore help than this.
Thanks and why is Supabase preventing me from cancelling my subscription ?
Supabase says I need to pause my project and I cannot pause it
Create a free organisation and move your projects there than you can pause them.
You didn't provide any information here so not sure what preventing you means in this scenario.
Yes it was because 3 projects are active
Why cannot I cancel my subscription again ?
On the pro plan I have 5 projects and only 2 active projects
Isn't it what we need for a free plan ?
Now I just have 2 projects on my pro plan and I still have The following organization members have reached their maximum limits for the number of active free projects within organizations where they are an administrator or owner: [my mail] (2 project limit). To continue, these users will need to either delete, pause or upgrade one or more of these projects. / I only have 2 nano projects so I would like to knbow why you are still preventing me from cancelling my subscription ?
You need to pause the projects in the free organisation first as the ones in your pro plan will now become free and you are only allowed 2 free projects per account not per organisation.
Ok thanks for the solution
