Billing Plans

Hi, I'm currently on the Legacy Launch plan ($19 a month) and was wondering if I should switch to the new Launch plan? Is this a better cost or has any benefits compared to the Legacy Launch plan, or is the Legacy plan better cost and feature wise? If I was to move to the new Launch plan, would what I receive for $19 be any different to what I currently get as the $19 plan does be quite well, sometimes I go over the allowed compute hours and stuff so have to pay extra - no idea if the new Launch plan will end up costing me more or not.

The new plans are just formatted a lot differently and I'm a bit confused what they mean compared to how the legacy plans worked haha

Hello! If you're consuming the entire CU allowance on the legacy launch plan, the new usage based plan will be expensive for you, and you should keep the legacy plan for the time being.

The new plans are completely usage based, so instead of paying $20 per month and getting a certain allowance of CU and storage, you will instead just pay for what you use. For some users this is will end up being less expensive, and for others more expensive.

Alright, thank you for being honest! This plan works very well for me even if I sometimes go over the allowance, but that doesn't happen every month so works very well for me
