Most likely the first one. If you meet any opponents during a match, you should eliminated them, or else the system can detects or other players can report such behavior as teaming.
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....

Lemme in details explain what I've been doing for the past 4 days
1. I'm playing for the glass cannon title,
I meet random players who wanna get Pacifist title they just come close to me I wouldn't kill them and they're distanced from me.
2. I was playing duo with my buddy and I said " I think you're a 14 yo"
And then I was banned immediately
Which of these could've made the ban?
Was it the 14 yo or the Pacifist players that I wouldn't kill?
