how to fix corrupted game files
appears after i crash ingame, happens quite often. deleting every file related to valorant/riot and factory reset doesnt fix it

I had bad ram causing it, you can try the Windows Memory Diagnostic to see
just hit the home key and run it
IT WILL TAKE AROUND 30-60 MIN
if you do it
you can also try " sfc /scannow " in the CMD under admin

yeah everytime i crash i have to repair files
also everytime i finish a game
it says new patch available
so i gotta restart and update everytime
this you didnt need your issue with game files

try delete vangaurd and download it again
ive tried that hundreds of times the past few months
even uninstalling it w cc cleaner and revo uninstaller

Open the Task Manager > Details tab,
End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services,
Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program,
Uninstall Riot VANGUARD,
Open CMD as Admin and type these commands:
sc delete vgc,
sc delete vgk,

Navigate to your C: Drive, then Program Files,
Find the VANGUARD folder and delete it,
Open the Riot Client and click update,
Restart your computer after the update,
After you’re done with that:
Press Windows key + R,
Type services.msc,
Look for vgc,
Right-click on vgc > Properties,
Change the startup type to automatic,
Start the services (if not started already),

what error you getting ?
Make sure antivirus/firewall isn’t blocking or quarantining Valorant files.
Add Riot Games and Vanguard folders to exceptions.
once there was problem with firewall
so try disabling it
this files could be the problem
but im not familir w it might be saucy help or someone around

Check what’s crashing it:
Press windows key
Type Event Viewer
Then click on Windows logs > Applications
Click on the latest “error” and look for the ones that mentions valorant and show ss

have you tried change anything in regedit or game files recently?
We had guy who change something in reg edit to improve fps he set it back and worked fine

so i took ss and showed chatgpt
then i followed chatgpt to try fix it
but the steps never ended
so i stopped like halfway

but i full factory reset my pc a few times to try and fix it
a full factory reset restores all regedit settings to default
i just cant remember right now if my last full factory reset was after i tried changing regedit or before

i was trying to fix dcmon permission error
and ?
also tried to fix dcom security via registry permissions
and. ?
windows was restricting my registry permissions
so i downloaded powerrun to open registry with full access
then i was right clicking keys changing owners to my username
