billing address support

im trying to get set up with upgraded version and i cannot get billing payment to go through the linked stripe.com / link. i have tried my bank account, google pay, and 2 different credit cards. it will process the payment but then when i get back to the neon billing page, it sends an error "Unable to confirm billing address"
