Restart/shut down loop

So when i shut down/restart
The pc quite frequently it stays stuck on said screen and makes me force shut down it, what causes it and how can i fix it please

Dont know much about the pc since a relative gifted it to me

Hp laptop (dont really know the model if its needed tell me how to find out)
Intel core i5 1135g7
Igpu iris Xe
8gb DDR4 ram
