A380 Render Times

Hi All, i have a Arc A380 in a dedicated streaming/recording PC and the Average time to render frames seems high. When just rendering a basic screen cap scene the render time is about 1.9ms, when I start recording it jumps to around 7-9ms is this normal for AV1, or do i have another issue i need to investigate? There are no missed or skipped frames just the higher than expected frame render time. Any insights is greatly appreciated.

Unless you are running out of pcie lanes. Make sure resizable bar or i think its called smart access memory on amd boards is enabled. And the above 4g is enabled

Just out curiosity i put the A380 in to my gaming rig and tested as a dual gpu with the A380 working as i would expect. So issue seems to be with the A380 as the primary card.
