Notes not Visible despite Existing Relation & Vice Versa

I'm wondering: I am automatically creating notes whenever Fireflies triggers my webhook and add relations to the people and the company involved in the call via API. The workflow runs without error and I can see in the logs, that the note and note targets are actually created (using personId and companyId). I can also open the note (so it actually exists). And I can see that it has relations to the company and one of the two contacts involved. The 2nd contact does NOT have a checkmark. But when I go to the note section of both related contacts, I also see the created note in both cases. How so? AND: When I go to the company and check the note section: The note is nowhere to be seen. Even though I know it exists and the relation was created. And no: I have no duplicate of that company, so it was not accidentally attached elsewhere. So I have two issues: 1. A contact is related to a note but when checking the note itself, that relationship does not appear to exist (missing checkmark) 2. A note is related to a company but when checking the note section of the company, that note does not appear to exist. What is going on? Is this a know bug?

Just to clarify, note is created with workflow triggered by webhook as well as relations?

No. The Webhook triggers everything. First the note is created, then the note targets. All in one workflow. Is there a way to fix this behavior?
