How to migrate from the "old" integration?

Hey there!

I did some research, here and on the web, but i don't find the answer.
How to properly migrate from the LAB2 integration to this fork?

Is it best to do a fresh install or to migrate?

I have lots of automations and devices with Hass agent... if possible i would like to migrate!

I don't talk about the windows part, but about the HA integration part (that's also why i don't find any answer as everyone talk about the compagnon app)
