Strange Looking Mesh (brand new V-Core 4 400 build)

Does anyone know what could be causing this strange "S" curve in my mesh? I have tried adjusting the screws at the back corners of my frame, and I have closed the gap a bit, but the entire mesh seems to be maintaining this shape and moving upwards into the red direction at this point.
