Please help me I submitted my claim 3 time and it got reject but situation got even worse the 4 time I tried to submit the claim they asked me registration time of account who in the hell would remember something like that old information even worse they asked first email and number first the scammer scamed me then pubg pull out this question

If you linked the mail, then in the results of the year you will be prescribed the date when you created the account, look 😣
check the season when your account was made and aproximate the account creation date
also the first email and number in the claim are not required
check the questions and if there is no asterisk (*) on it that information its not required to provide
as for the social media you have created your account with chose between Facebook and google play because those were mostly used back then
check the information before you submit the claim and make sure its correct
on friends name and yours you need to provide the invisible caracters also

If you linked an email, then you could have received a message from pubg mobile with the results of the year more than once and there you can just see the date of creation. I didn't know either, especially when I filled out the form, and then accidentally saw it, but for some reason my repeated applications were not on the list for verification... apparently, if the refusal comes once, then it's useless... You can only get this option from personal assistant on whatsapp..
Someone claim today and in game it’s says processing but in what’s app I didn’t receive anything yet.
Try to reconnect your whatsapp number with personal assistant in game account
And login your account with number then chat with assistant and ask her about your problem
