"Fail to Fetch" Issue
I have a problem that I’m not sure what it actually is. What I’m experiencing is a “fail to fetch” issue in some edge functions and some database fetches. When I say “some,” I mean that some requests work while others don’t. I didn’t change anything since the production had been running fine for a while, but suddenly it went down. I think we might be facing some kind of issue because I’ve seen other posts mentioning similar problems. My server is in Singapore, while my ISP is in Thailand.

Have you tested this with a VPN to see if it works? Also have you tried creating another project in a different region to see if you get the same results?

Tested on VPN but it not work and I do have another project in diff region that have same issue as well
What’s strange is that some requests work while others don’t. That makes it quite uncontrollable
Have you asked someone else to test the project?
like user testing ?
Yes, we are in production and everything has completely stopped right now because all users are experiencing the same issue. So I don’t think this is related to a local network issue anymore.
Ok open a support ticket with Supabase
Also have you tried restarting your instance?
is it "restart project" ? I'll try
Yes that's it
Ah… it didn’t work. The problem is exactly the same.
I’m not on a plan that allows opening support tickets, but the system has been running fine until now. Suddenly, it’s not working. Do you have suggestions on what might be causing this or how to fix it? Thanks!
Are you getting any errors in your logs in the Supabase Dashboard?
Also you are allowed to open support tickets, as a free user it just doesn't guarantee you to get proirity over paying users.
yes, my Edge Function is returning a 404. When I try to check the code, I get "Fail to load function code"

i did try redeploy this but not work as well
and this is not just one function error but many of them
