Unable to install

I honestly have no idea why it's not working. I'm on Windows 11, and I've emailed support, and they're yet to provide a fix which works. None of these fixes have worked: 1. Clean boot 2. Deleting vgkbootstatus.dat 3. Disabling anti-virus 4. Deleting every instance of Val/Riot/Vanguard 5. Running as an Admin 6. Running with compatibility mode on 7. Updating drivers 8. SC Delete VGK/VGC 9. DISM/SFC 10. Installing with a VPN
