Duplicate Charge Still Present – Request for Escalation
Hi Supabase team, I need urgent help with a billing issue that hasn’t been resolved via email.

Invoice: FRFLKM-00009
Problem: I was charged twice for the same invoice (two identical deductions of $34.81 / 323.89 MAD on 01/09/2025). I have my bank statement and invoices as proof.
I already contacted support, but my case was handled incorrectly and I still don’t have a resolution. I need this case to be escalated to a billing manager (not the same agent), so the duplicate payment can be verified and refunded.
Can you please help me get this escalated?
