connectivity issue reported for Etisalat is also happening with Du Telecom in the UAE.

Hi team, I’ve noticed the same connectivity issue reported for Etisalat is also happening with Du Telecom in the UAE. My websites running on Supabase are not functional when accessed over Du — users can’t even sign up, and we consistently see a “fail to fetch” error. Just wanted to let you know so you can extend the investigation beyond Etisalat. Thanks for looking into this — currently VPN access works, but it’s a major blocker for UAE users.

Please run this network debugging script https://github.com/vercel-support/vercel-connect-debug?tab=readme-ov-file#commands-to-run and send the information it generates in a text file as an attachment to your Support ticket to Supabase.

If you could submit support tickets with the output of that script, I can continue to investigate with Vercel Please grab the support ticket ids and paste them here! Should look like SU-1234567

in supabase under project status, "storage", "Edge functions" aren't working in du connection, whole project status is appearing yellow. Now with a vpn, everything looks green, How does something like that happen? 👀

I am also experiencing this exact issue. My project, which is live, is having "Failed to fetch" errors. via Etisalat and Du networks . The site works perfectly fine when connected through a VPN. any update on the status of this problem is greatly appreciated .

@silentworks I am letting you know this is getting serious. My users in Philippines are complaining, and my website is not functional at all when I turn off the VPN from Dubai du telecom.this is scary—how something like this happened! Users, one user from Romania reported an error. Philippines. This is crazy. This is getting out of hand. Something is really wrong with supabase networks—whole website, apps going unresponsive, non-functional.
