ISP customers unable to browse to some websites using Cloudflare
Hi,
I work for an ISP and a number of our customers has contacted us as they are unable to browse to certain websites.
It appears to be related to the IP Addresses they have; when we assign them an IP address from a different range the issue is resolved.
I suspect this isn't directly Cloudflare related, but I'm not sure who provide's Cloudflare with their IP information.

that'd be maxmind i think, but cf doesn't do IP blocks, that's site specific and not something cf can change

I'm entirely unsure where to go with this, I've not encountered this error before
The ones who encounter this error also encounter a security check from Cloudflare on another page, but that one goes through so I think you might be onto something with that website borking their set up
