Request for Details Regarding Permanent Account Suspension
Dear Riot Games,
I am writing regarding the permanent suspension of my account, which I received during the night of August 31 to September 1.
I have already contacted official support; however, I have not received any specific explanation regarding my case. I was only referred to a violation of the rules, specifically section 7, which reads: “cheating, using scripts, or exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage.” To this day, I still do not know the exact reason for my suspension — for example, whether it was due to cheating through the use of third-party programs or some other violation listed in that section.
I would like to make clear that I am not aware of having violated any of the stated rules. I do not use, and have never used, any third-party programs to gain an advantage over other players, nor any other software that would in any way interfere with or affect the game. I do not understand what I did to receive such a severe punishment, and I would like to understand the reasons behind it.
I started playing Valorant roughly five months ago. Since then, I have spent more than 500 hours playing, invested a significant amount of money, and dedicated many hours to training. Valorant has become a major part of my life, and I do not want to lose it overnight.
To be honest, I also have a girlfriend with whom I played Valorant quite often, and it was our main pastime where we spent most of our time together. We do not know of any other game that could replace Valorant for us. My girlfriend has asked me to try to resolve this, so I am doing everything I can to clarify and resolve this matter. That is why resolving this situation is so important to me.
I hereby request a thorough review of my case and, if my innocence is proven, the lifting of the permanent suspension. If that is not possible, I ask that you at least consider reducing the penalty so that I may be allowed to return to the game. I also request that you provide specific details and a clear explanation of the reasons that led to my suspension. I am prepared to provide anything that will be necessary to prove my innocence.
If I have indeed done something wrong, I would like to offer my sincere and wholehearted apologies and assure you that I would never repeat such actions.
