Contexto
- Mi proyecto Supabase (ID: ytveuvcqdtffbuqnctxf) estaba pausado
- Actualicé al plan Pro
- Intenté reactivar el proyecto pero la restauración falló

Please contact support for assistance.Acciones tomadas - No puedo acceder a mi proyecto ni a sus datos - Ya he contactado al soporte oficial ( número de tickets 2: SU-241866, SU-241480. ) Preguntas 1. ¿Hay algún paso adicional que pueda tomar mientras espero respuesta del soporte? 2. ¿Alguien de la comunidad ha experimentado este problema y encontrado una solución? 3. ¿Existe alguna forma de verificar el estado actual de mi base de datos o recuperar un backup mientras se resuelve el problema?

Problem with project restoration
Context
My Supabase project (ID: ytveuvcqdtffbuqnctxf) was paused
Upgraded to Pro plan
I tried to reactivate the project but the restore failed

I can't access my project or its data
I have already contacted official support (ticket number 2: SU-241866, SU-241480. )
Questions
Are there any additional steps I can take while I wait for a response from support?
Has anyone in the community experienced this issue and found a solution?
Is there a way to check the current state of my database or recover a backup while the issue is being resolved?
If another browser does not show restore/backup options then support is the only solution.

There isn't anything anyone on here can do. You will have to wait on Supabase support as they are the only ones who can fully restore projects if they get stuck in the restoration phase.
