Restoration failed for project
I am on the Team plan, and we need urgent help restoring project abmhrpyxaabwwummvwld. Restoration failed at 6:00pm Pacific yesterday and we need this fixed, as it is preventing all our customers from using our product. It has been ~12 hours. Can we please restore to a PIT database backup from 5:30pm Pacific time 09/02/2025?

I already reached out to supabase support 5 times, starting at the initial outage at 6pm yesterday, and they haven't gotten back to us.
why did the restore fail if you don't mind me asking
I imagine they will get round to it (likely quicker as you are on a team plan)
I have no idea why the restore failed, don't have an error message. It just seems crazy they wouldn't get back faster for such a massive issue. Guess they only care about Enterprise clients.
under backups do you still see restore as an option for your time period?
Did you receive an confirmation email after you submitted your support request?
