Gnome icons missing after reinstalling from KDE bazzite.
I did a full reinstall from the nvidia-kde-stable bazzite to the nvidia-gnome-stable on my desktop PC keeping my /home folder and games folders to retain my Steam/Chrome/Discord settings. Afterwards, lots of icons are missing (See screenshots). I did this reinstall to fix issues with window compositing bugs on KDE where it will open windows on the wrong monitor and put my login prompt on the wrong monitor just because it's the leftmost in the desktop configuration.

restore-gnome-de-settings
restore-gnome-folders
Installing Refine (Icon and theme settings were grayed out)
