My app just got deleted and it keeps forcing me to take questionnaires
As the title says I just woke up up and was ready to finish my app as i had one more thing to do and when i logged in to my account and opened the app it was all blanked, so i decided to check the history tab and an error message appeared saying it couldn't retrieve the data, so i decide to restart the app, the close the pager to see if it would fix it, i log back in and everything is gone, so my work for 8 days has just disappeared idk what to do.

Hey, we only force new accounts to do the questionaire, whats the email youre logged into?

Oh you haven't signed in since July 07, so as a newer user you need to answer that questionaire your data should still be there
I’ve been signed this for the past two weeks
And I’ve been working on this app (btw other than this problem where my app got banished to the shadow realm your AI is rlly good)
The app being deleted is the main problem
Can you provide me any details about your app? Name / recent chat message
The app probably still exists and is just not connected, this can help me find it
fashion app (so listed under lifestyle), name was tryon or stylesync (can't remember if i renamed it), recent chat message was to fix dark mode and remove a "+" icon
there was also an issue with the homescreen as it had deleted the content in it
i jusrt checked my phone and 90% of the app is there, but i cant seem to have it on my pc

i dont think im the only one having these problems, sum ppl in world chat seem to have somewhat similar issue
new day, both issues still persist

Considering that I spent a long time working on this application which was supposed to be ready and shipped 2 days ago can I get some sort of complimentary upgrade to a Pro plan to help me recover and rebuild more efficiently? I really value your tool and would love to continue building on it without interruption
Also if you could possibly remove the questionnaire from popping up on my screen every 30s bcuz I might answered them 16 times now 😂
But your project hasn't been deleted, there is probably some issue with authentication that we need to fix
