This is unacceptable. I appealed an erroneous suspension imposed by the system and it was rejected. Now they're accusing me of using "aimbots" in the customer service email. They're telling me the same thing, even though I didn't use any tricks. If they can't handle my case and are just going to blame me for not having committed any violations, I need the virtual complaint book. "I need your virtual complaint book." Enough with the abuse and the flawed system they have; they're not going to blame me or unfairly suspend me.

If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
I've already submitted my appeal in-game and on the website, and both were rejected. If I can't do anything else, please bring your complaint book. Because I won't be penalized for false accusations.ππππππ

If it is rejected, the account is confirmed to have a violation. As such, account ban will not be lifted. There is unfortunately nothing else we can do to help you with your issue.
