Account lock
Hello! So exactly a month ago my account was locked permanently due to 3rd party software, I tried to reach out to player support but unfortunately I got the automated emails back stating that cheating occured etc. I was at my boyfriends house when it happened and I tried to reach out to any riot employes who could help with my case but I am still patiently waiting for a response x I saw some reddit posts that some people got unbanned without event knowing that they did so when I got back from work today I tried to log into my account to check if anything happened but I saw a message stating that my password does not match my account. It was quite weird as I was sure that I typed my password correctly but after few attempts I used the forgot my password link, I waited a couple of minutes and no response so I tried it again and still nothing. I went to the 'forgot username' section and typed my email- I got an email straight away saying that there is one connected account which I did not even remember creating and my account that was locked is not there ?? I am not sure what to do right now? thank you guys for any help x
