Dear PUBG Mobile Support Team,
Thank you for your response, but I am disappointed to receive a very generic reply that does not address the actual issue. As shown in the attached screenshot, there is an empty box in the graphics settings where the Ultra 40 FPS option used to be. This is clearly a bug, since I have been playing on 40 FPS for years on the same device and account. You can verify my gameplay history to confirm this.
Also, I understand that 60 FPS has been unlocked with Super Smooth, but it is not optimized and becomes laggy during intense moments. If 60 FPS cannot run smoothly, then it defeats the purpose.
I request you to please fix this bug by restoring the 40 FPS Ultra option and optimizing performance for the Tab A8.
