Request for Review of VAN 152 Hardware Ban Body

Hello Riot Support Team, I recently received a VAN 152 hardware ban on my account. I want to sincerely apologize and explain my situation. A friend shared a Discord link claiming there was a program that could unlock skins in Valorant. Out of curiosity, I joined, but I did not intentionally use any hacks or cheats. The program itself had multiple options like aim assist, wallhacks, and bots, but I only attempted to use the skin changer, which did not work. I understand Vanguard detected the program running and flagged my hardware, resulting in a ban. I want to emphasize that I never used any cheats that would affect gameplay or other players. My intention was only to explore cosmetic features, and I deeply regret having the software open while playing. I truly love Valorant and have always respected the game and its rules. I kindly request that you review my case. You can replay my matches to see that I have never used any unfair gameplay advantage.
