Yesterday we released a new workflow that's a daily report template for some customers.
We notified the customer the first email would be send today, but I checked the activity and the email actually failed with the message "Message content could not be generated".

I checked sendgrid and there is no logs for that email there.
During development I tested that flow many times and it worked fine. I also went to the production environment on Novu and sent a test to myself with the same payload the customer should have received and it worked fine.
