tpm 2.0 and secure boot

Hey, i would like to know why i need tpm 2.0 and secure boot while im on Windows 10. The issue appears randomly while im in the game whether i'm in lobby or in an actual game. This is the first day that this happend, i changed nothing on my pc, so i dont realy know what could be the problem, it worked for a long time now whitout any issue.
