Failed to restore project, now entire project is down
I tried to restore the project to its last version, suddenly I get this message and everything is down.
I already sent a support ticket and its been like this for 8 hours, I have paying users, I could lose money from this.
I need urgent help to get it back up OR at least give me an option to download a backup, I can't afford to have any more downtime!

Only support can resolve this IF using another browser or device shows the same status. Sometimes the browser/dashboard state locks up. BUT your message seems to indicate that is not the case.
Did you at least get a ticket # back so you know the email is working?

I see it from other devices too and DB is down
I know only support could help here but Iām desperate, I have to get this project up and running for users
It has been occurring more the past few weeks and support has an escalation queue for restore/backup/pause issues right to infra team (support can't resolve it either). But no idea how long it is taking and heading into weekend. You are Pro so ahead of any Free users with Pause/restore.
