Failed to restore project, now entire project is down

I tried to restore the project to its last version, suddenly I get this message and everything is down.

I already sent a support ticket and its been like this for 8 hours, I have paying users, I could lose money from this.

I need urgent help to get it back up OR at least give me an option to download a backup, I can't afford to have any more downtime!
