I got a Jett cheater on my last game, with proof + all team mate who report her, and WE got nothing, no hacker ban no rr refund
so what ? between hacker and smurf both are allowed now ? Nice riot

Drop the riot id and # of the Jett
Smurfing is allowed.
I reported it again on the site and the players have already been sanctioned. but still no RR refund.
But this was the name SETT player 1#EUW
What? If he was banned, you’d need to wait couple days to receive the rr
