help with van 9003 error

my account has gotten a van restriction about secure boot , but when i switch to my brother's account ,the game run fine , i have tried over 10 different pcs in 2 internet cafe but the result stay the same , seem like only my account got a van restriction, this occur after i disconnected due to a power outage . Is there any solution ? I would appreciate it if any1 got a solution for this
