Migration
Hi team!
I’m a Pro Plan user and have been waiting for several days for a response to my ticket (SU-24163) about database migration between two Supabase projects (same owner).
This is blocking our production launch and I haven’t received any updates yet.
Could someone from the team please check the status or escalate this?

This site is not monitored regularly by Supabase staff.
What issue are you having? Moving a project from one org to another or trying to migrate the database data ?
Both projects are within my org, I want to migrate DB from an old one to a new one. I am not an experienced user, so I would like to have a "turn-key" solution here from Supabase team as soon as they offer this option. This way I could be sure no mistakes done

Normally you use the migration guide to do it.
Yes, that's why waiting for team's response. If the response is "we can, but it will take us ... days" - well, at least I could know time to wait or not to wait. But no response is no good at all
Have you read somewhere they do this?
I've not heard of it, but unless a user had an issue and brought it up here would not know though otherwise.

Can't comment on time frame as it is not an outage that only they can fix which gets priority and it is the weekend.
