Trying to troubleshoot stuck ios photo backup
Hi all,
I'm trying to troubleshoot some issues I'm having with the automatic photo backup on iOS. I had issues with the beta timeline on and off, but I saw that there seemed to be more information after turning it on. It seems for the most part most of my photos are getting backed up, but there are some that are not working. When I first open the app it says the number is over 1,000, and then a few moments later it will saw the number is around 150. And now I frequently get the notification that a background sync is in process.
I've attached a few hopefully helpful screenshots of what I'm seeing. Would love some advice in troubleshooting this.

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close
command, and re-open it later if needed.looks like those files are from a Shared Album?
What's leading you to believe that? That could be true, I'm just not sure.
We seen reports of Shared Album contains file that cannot be access by the users anymore but iOS still keep it in its database somehow
How do you know that's the problem here? Is it possible to figure out if they are all coming from one problem album?
You can switch to the beta timeline
It will give you more information
The screenshots are from the beta timeline 🙂
Tapping on those red files will show you its data and such
