Hello PUBG Mobile Team,
I’m facing a serious issue while playing on my iPad Mini 5 (A12 Bionic, iOS updated). The game runs smoothly in general, but it often crashes during landing, in events, or at hot-drop locations where the fight is intense. This makes it very difficult to enjoy the game, as the app force closes unexpectedly.
The iPad Mini 5 is still a capable device and handles other games well, but with PUBG Mobile (especially after the 4.0 update), it has become unstable. Many players with the same device are experiencing this crash problem.
Kindly look into this issue and provide an optimization or fix for iPad Mini 5 users. We really enjoy PUBG Mobile and want to continue playing smoothly on this device.
