Transfer domain does not show a record
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to set up my business email for a custom domain, but I’ve run into an issue. When I check my domain on mxtoolbox.com, it doesn’t return an IP address.
Specifically:
The IP address field shows {No A record}.
I’ve already added Cloudflare’s nameservers and transferred everything to Cloudflare.
Because of this, my business email can send messages to external addresses but cannot receive any external emails.
Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated!

This issue resolved by removing and adding the domain back to Microsoft 365 in Admin.
