Consultation Regarding Google Indexing Issue

We’re running into a strange issue with the Enterprise plan and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.
Whenever the proxy is enabled, Google is unable to index our site. This happens even with no rules configured at all. We also tried creating a rule to skip all traffic from Google and Googlebot, but the problem persists.
As soon as the proxy is disabled, indexing works normally. Server logs show the requests coming through and the server returning a 200 response, so it doesn’t look like the origin is blocking anything.
Cloudflare Support suggested creating a skip rule (which we did), but it hasn’t solved the issue. Our whole team has been working on this and we’re still stuck.
Has anyone else run into this, or do you have ideas on what might be causing it?
