Team voice issues

Hey, got this issue where every 2nd game my team voice is not working. I can't speak or hear them. Any suggestions?

download WARP 1.1.1.1 u will get bad ping depending on ur region though or get an ethernet cable instead of connecting to wifi if u dont have one

i have it, but connection is good literally every 2nd game disconects me from voice
