Has anyone had luck using Lossless Scaling on Bazzite desktop?

I have LS on steam and I've installed the LSFG-VK via ujust, but I can't seem to make it work with any game. I've tested several games and a combination of the following:
1) With and without gamescope
2) Using the configurator that gets installed with ujust
3) Enabling it from the game launch options
4) Installing the decky plugin via ujust (just to see if it made a difference)
5) Switching the LS branch between linux testing and regular
None of these seem to enable LS in game (I enable x20 multiplier and look for artifacts, it should be VERY obvious). Any ideas? Thanks!
