Valorant stuttering on amd gpu

gpu: rx6750XT
cpu: ryzen 5 7500f
sometimes my fps drop from 400 to 100
From what I found on Reddit, the issue is due to shader cache, because Valorant still uses DX11 (correct me if I'm wrong), any suggestions to fix the issue?
