Default autoscan not working

I've got Immich installed through BigBearCasaOS on Windows 11. It's set up to use an external library (Internal HDD). All works well but the default midnight autoscan is not running even though it's setting is activated. Does anyone know how to fix this please? I'm a beginner to linux/ubuntu and Immich.

ChatGPT informs me I don't have microservices installed as there is only 4 tabs in the Immich setttings window (database, immich-machine-learning, immich-server, and redis)

didn't think so i think it might be because: 1) the timezone in Immich was set to UTC instead of AEST. I've added TZ to the Environment variables now. This seems to have worked. 2) the WSL VM itself was possibly automatically shutting down after a period of inactivity. I've added "--exec sleep infinity" to the wsl command in Windows Task Scheduler now to keep it alive. no idea if this will work or not. yep. its working now
