Single GPU Passthrough for VM
Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with single-GPU passthrough in Bazzite? I’m hoping to make a Windows VM for art programs I use and have Bazzite be my main OS, but I hear it’s possible to use a CPU’s integrated graphics and a dedicated GPU to handle passthrough to the VM?
I know it’s better to have two dGPUs, but I don’t really have access to that atm. I was hoping single-GPU passthrough is possible on Bazzite like it is on other distros!
This is very much a “baby’s first GPU passthrough” situation too, so I’m really just trying to figure out how feasible it is and if it’ll work out okay, bc I’m really determined to use Bazzite 24/7, but I do need windows for my art programs
I’ll note that my setup is using a AMD 7800x3D CPU and an AMD 7900xtx GPU
